The length of lease term is flexible, preferable long term lease of 3+ years.

Our tenants can range from working professionals, contractors, individuals or families relocating or tourists.We aim to attract responsible tenants, who must agree to rules and regulations surrounding their stay in any property being managed by us at GLpropertyliving
Is it classed as sub-letting?
Yes it is. However, we are a registered and fully compliant company and have all the up to date documents in place for a smooth transaction. We use company let to rent a property from a landlord and rent it out on a short term basis to clients or guests.
